Early Childhood Education Carrizo Springs CISD
The Carrizo Springs CISD PreK program is an instructional program designed to provide a child-centered, developmentally appropriate, and multi-sensory experience for four-year-old children. Young children thrive when provided a learning environment that inspires curiosity, builds confidence and fosters a love of learning. The goal of the program is to prepare children to enter kindergarten ready to learn and succeed. Children are "READY" for school when families, schools, and communities work together to ensure they enter school with strong foundational knowledge and skills.
The PreK program provides children with a multitude of positive learning experiences through exploration and discovery. The program teaches children important social, emotional, physical and thinking skills needed for success. The Carrizo Springs CISD PreK program follows the guidelines of the Texas High-Quality Prekindergarten program.
