• Important Updates for the 2022-2023 Wildcat Athletic Season

    All incoming 7th, 9th and11th grade students who are planning to participate in a sport for the 2022-2023 school year are required to have a physical. CSCISD will be offering a FREE Physical Clinic for all athletes on Tuesday, July 26 starting at 5 pm at the CSHS Weight Room.

    August 1,2022 will be the first official day for High School Football,Volleyball, and Cross Country workouts. All incoming 9th and 11th graders will need to bring a physical on the first day of workouts. Jr. High Athletes will begin their practice sessions once school begins. All incoming 7th graders will need a completed physical when school starts.

    Cross Country Athletes will meet at 6:30 am, and Football and Volleyball Athletes will meet at 7am sharp, at the Field House for a brief meeting and required information regarding practice times.

    The Carrizo Springs CISD Athletic Department strives to be an organization where student athletes excel academically, socially, and as ambassadors for their school community.

    Vision Statement

    Through practice, training and competition, the department will instill in our student athletes good sportsmanship, personal integrity, team loyalty, a strong work ethic, perseverance and community pride.


  • Football Stadium Rules

    All students in 6th grade and below must be accompanied by a parent or adult to enter the stadium.  Principals from CS Elementary and CS Intermediate will be on duty at the front gates to ensure this is done. 
     

    Students in 6th grade and below must sit in the stands with a parent or guardian and be supervised at all times during the event.  Students in grades 7th - 12th may sit in the stands without an adult. 


    Students in grades 6th - 12th must wear a student ID in order to enter the stadium. 
    No one will be allowed to play or visit under the bleachers or within the stadium and concession stand areas.  Students and parents are reminded that all football games are school sponsored events and the CSCISD Student Code of Conduct will be enforced.
